Event closes at 10:30pm

We provide a free personal assistant ticket to people who may need personal help from a trusted assistant at the event.

This is a simple process following the points below:

1. Order a ticket from our main ticket page (blackheathfireworks.com) in the same name as is shown on the proof of disability document. Book with Blackheath Fireworks and not with See Tickets or Skiddle as we do not have direct access to their systems. In the case of children needing carers, a child would need their own ticket for their admittance and their adult carer would apply for a carer ticket.

2. Send your proof of disability document (photo/scan by email) which can include current Disabled Living Allowance document, Access Card, PIP or equivalent

3. We would then provide you with an equivalent ticket on your booking

You need to email the details through to info@blackheathfireworks.com

Blackheath is a very flat area which is wheelchair friendly. Please bear in mind that the ground will not be perfectly even and take necessary precautions in the weather conditions on the day.

Yes, there is an accessible seating area where we will provide seats for those that need them and spaces for people with wheelchairs.

To apply for the accessible seating area please CLICK HERE

To access the accessible viewing area you must also have purchased an event ticket for Blackheath Fireworks 2025.

There are accessible toilets in all toilet areas.

Blue badge parking will be on Hare & Billet Road which will be accessible from Wat Tyler Road - directions to entrance here: https://w3w.co/farms.task.jolly

Vehicles will be turned to face away from the display when parked to enable the safe egress of vehicles whilst pedestrians are leaving the site. However the team will look to support guests if they needed to sit in the vehicle although there would be no toilet facilities or water access. Event tickets would need to be purchased for anyone parking in this area.

It is also important to understand that you may be held in the parking area until half an hour after the Fireworks show due to pedestrians exiting the event.

Blue Badge parking can be booked on this link: https://parkthecarhere.com/CarPark.aspx?eventid=9891

Your safety and security are our top priorities. We're working closely with Met  Police and security professionals to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Enhanced security measures will be in place at the event, including bag checks.

Please be aware that there will be a visible security presence and CCTV throughout the event area. For the safety of all attendees, the following items are prohibited:
Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives), glass bottles, illegal drugs, fireworks (obviously!), laser pointers, drones, large backpacks above A4 size,  any item that could be used as a weapon.

To expedite entry, we encourage you to bring only essential items. All bags are subject to search.  Clear bags are highly recommended. Bags larger than A4 are not recommended as will slow your entry. Kindly have your ticket ready and coats open at the search.

Please arrive early to allow ample time for security screening and follow the directions of security personnel.

There will be no parking or vehicle movement close to the Heath with many road closures in place.

If you see something that doesn't look right or makes you feel uneasy, please report it immediately to a security officer, police officer or call 999.  Don't hesitate – your vigilance can make a difference.

We encourage everyone to be aware of their surroundings and report any suspicious activity to event staff, security or the police.
